Play Street Museum Round Rock is a private party venue. That means we are closed to the public during your party, and we host only one party at a time. We offer a variety of kids' birthday party themes and crafts. Their special day only happens once a year; make this one unforgettable! Spots are limited, so grab a spot before it’s gone!

Party FAQ

Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve a party spot?  Yes, we require a $200 + tax nonrefundable deposit.  

Can I bring in outside food or drink?  Yes, for private parties we allow outside food or drink with the exception of alcohol.

Can I use open flames or food warming fuels to warm my food or for decoration?  For safety reasons we cannot allow open flames in our facility. This does not apply to birthday candles.    

How many children may attend the party?  The private party price includes 20 children between the ages of 1-12. You may add up to 5 more children for an additional fee. The semi-private party price includes 10 children. You may add on more children for an additional fee – subject to time slot availability.

How much time is allowed for party set-up?  You may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to begin setting up for your party for evening and weekend parties.

Do I need to clean up after the party?  We will assist you in packing up your things and we will take care of the rest!  

Can I Extend My Party? Yes! If you have booked the last party time slot of the day (Mon-Sat 6:30 PM-8:00 PM or Sun 7:00 PM-8:30 PM), you can extend your party in increments of 30 minutes for $100 per half hour extension. If you have booked a Saturday 4:30 PM-6:00 PM party or Sunday 5:00 PM-6:30 PM party, you may extend your party if the next party time slot after yours has not been booked yet, as of the week of your party. Semi-Private parties cannot be extended.

*All party extensions are based on availability and must be approved prior to the week of your party by Store Manager.
